Automatic forming & carving
CNC-controlled forming keeps profile depth, embossing and pattern alignment consistent across the same SKU.

PU core foaming
Rigid polyurethane foaming is controlled for stable density, adhesion and panel rigidity.

Dimensional checks, coating review, adhesion testing and batch records are prepared before packing.

Panels are protected with film, edge protection, labels and fumigation-free pallets for sea shipment.

QC records ship with the container, not after it.
Each PO comes with batch QC records: coil thickness micrometer readings, salt-spray reference, color difference (ΔE), adhesion peel, dimensional tolerance and gloss. Useful for customs clearance, insurance files or contractor handover.
