BFTPANEL

Products

Decorative insulated metal siding specifications.

The structural sheet you copy into your BOM: panel construction, dimensions, installation logic, trim choices and the inputs the export desk needs to quote your shipment.

Layer Composition

What goes into one BFTPANEL board.

Three layers fused into a single rigid board: Galvalume face, rigid PU foam, aluminum foil backing. One PO covers facade finish, basic insulation and wall-side protection — no separate insulation contract, no plasterer.

01

Exterior

Galvalume steel

Weather-protective coating with embossed decorative finish.

02

Core

Rigid PU foam

Fire-retardant insulation core with panel rigidity.

03

Interior

Aluminum foil

Moisture-resistant wall-side backing layer.

Technical Specifications

Six lines for your spec sheet — copy them into the inquiry.

Panel structure
Galvalume steel + PU foam + aluminum foil

Integrated decorative finish, insulation core and wall-side backing.

Coverage width
383 mm

Standard panel coverage width with tongue-and-groove edge.

Thickness
16 mm / 20 mm

16 mm for standard projects; 20 mm for higher insulation demand.

Regular lengths
2.9 / 3 / 3.8 / 5.8 m

Custom lengths available for project orders after BOM review.

Surface direction
Stone · brick · wood · stucco · smooth

Profile System Summary

Four profiles. Pick one before locking the finish.

Profile is the first line your spec sheet needs after panel thickness. Click any card to open that profile pre-selected in the configurator, then narrow to a texture family and pattern code for the quote.

Installation System

How crews actually put the panel up on site.

Most claims after delivery come from substrate or fastener mismatches, not from the panel itself. Read the six points below and send wall photos or framing drawings if any of them look uncertain for your site.

BFTPANEL base trim and tongue-and-groove installation

Suitable substrates

Light steel frame, timber frame, prefabricated wall panels and prepared renovation walls after project review.

Dry fixing workflow

Starter trim, panel alignment, tongue-and-groove connection, screw fixing and edge/corner trim completion.

Crew skill level

Designed for trained light-construction crews using common hand tools; no wet trades or specialist stone labor.

Daily output reference

Typical crews can install roughly 80–120 m² per day depending on wall complexity and trim quantity.

Fastener logic

Fastener type and spacing should be matched to wall substrate, local wind load and project conditions.

When to ask for review

Send drawings, wall photos or frame details when the substrate, climate exposure or trim condition is unclear.

Trim & Accessories Decision

Add trim to the BOM — aluminum or steel, not both.

Every shipment also needs starter, end-cap, corner, joint and window/door trims. Aluminum trim is the safer pick for visible edges or coastal sites; coated-steel trim is what most budget-led projects ship. Decide before sending the inquiry.

Aluminium profile accessories

Aluminium profile accessories

Higher waterproofing, cleaner alignment and long-term projects.

Choose when
  • The facade has many corners, windows or visible edge details
  • The project needs higher corrosion resistance
  • Installation precision is more important than lowest trim cost
Trade-off: Higher unit cost and fewer color choices.
Color-coated steel accessories

Color-coated steel accessories

Budget-sensitive projects and color-matched standard facades.

Choose when
  • The buyer wants trim colors to match panel colors closely
  • The project is price-sensitive or uses simple wall geometry
  • Custom trim sizes are needed for practical site adjustment
Trade-off: Lower corrosion resistance and lower installation precision.

Packaging Summary

The container plan shapes your CIF price.

Lengths above 5.8 m need a 40′HQ; mixed lengths can change loading m² by 20%+. Send destination port and target area — the export desk replies with a packing-list draft and freight option before you commit to a length.

Send the spec, get a BOM and datasheet back.

Attach drawings or wall photos, plus wall area, target thickness, pattern direction and destination port. The export desk returns a panel spec, trim BOM, packing assumption and FOB/CIF quotation in 12 working hours.
